A year and a half ago I made a decision to step away from social media. I recognized it was poisoning my life. Everything I read, and even some things I posted were just not edifying to me or others so I took a sabbatical from it all. No Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or any other source of Social Media. Now I have recently gotten back on the social media train, but I do not get involved in every debate / argumentative post I see. I read and refrain from letting it consume me. When I do post I want my post to me positive, fun, informative, and most of all I want to Glorify God. “So whether you eat, drink, or whatever you do, do it for the glory of God.” 1 Cor. 10:31
Have you ever been a victim of a robbery? Maybe your house was broken into or your bike was stolen? If not you probably know someone who has. We need to recognize there is someone who is trying to steal from us everyday. His name is Satan he is always looking for a way to take our Joy, our Faith, our belief in Jesus. Don’t be a victim! In Ephesians 6:10 – 18 St Paul tells us about the Spiritual Armor that God provides us to protect ourselves. Still many of us begin our day without being prepared for the battle that is before us on a daily basis. Prepare and protect your heart daily To live for Christ!
